Corrugated rollers are an important component of corrugated cardboard production equipment. They are generally made of 48CrMoA steel, and after surface heat treatment, cold treatment or surface cold treatment, their hardness is generally above HRC55. The corrugated roller is an important key component of a single sided machine. Corrugated rollers are divided into upper and lower corrugated rollers, which are papermaking equipment and belong to the category of equipment accessories. Inspection items before installation:
1. Clean and inspect the surface of the corrugated roller (including the quality of surface electroplating)
2. Clean and inspect the fastening parts of each connection (including internal and external threads)
3. Check the outer diameter and middle height of the corrugated roller (the entire roller surface is divided into more than five measurement points from both ends to the middle. The detection points of the middle height must be odd, and the data of the middle height should be symmetrical on both sides). Measure with an external micrometer of the corresponding specifications (an external micrometer can generally be purchased by mechanical and electrical companies)
4. Check the height of the corrugated roller. Measure with a needle type depth dial gauge (needle type depth dial gauge is not currently available in China and must be imported. Alternatively, a regular depth dial gauge can be used for modification)
5. Clean and inspect the outer diameter and appearance of each shaft of the corrugated roller, and measure the outer diameter with a corresponding specification of an outer micrometer
